HOW I CAN HELP

If symptoms of anxiety or feeling fearful have been impairing your ability to function, Dr. Susan has a program that will help you to overcome those symptoms.  Symptom management is the key.
  • Successfully learn how to manage symptoms of once and for all using awareness education, mindfulness meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques and a cognitive behavioral approach.
