- Understand your thoughts and feelings to manage anger and avoid angry outbursts using cognitive behavioral skills and behavior management techniques
- Learn the connection between hurt, disappointment and fear and anger
- The more anger is understood we can learn how to feel the feeling, process, work through it and let it go productively and effectively

HOW I CAN HELP
Beginning a program to recover from any addictive behavior is the first step to freedom. Having a plan for success is crucial. If we fail to plan we often plan to fail.
Coaching sessions 1 to 2 times per week
A customized plan for recovery will be developed to meet individual needs and schedules.
The goal would be to do something every day to improve mind, body and spirit.
A daily, hourly itinerary will be structured to address each area.
Relationship skills, forgiveness of the past and establishing roles, rules, limits and boundaries in current relationships and/or marriage during sessions will also be addressed
